403 Error when uploading csv file

The site worked fine with all of my 2018 csv files but now I want to do my 2019 & I get the following error:

403

Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I don't know if it's telling me that my csv access is forbidden or the site access is forbidden.

I just tried again with several different csv files and I still get the same message. I even tried logging out and logging back in again.

Could the file somehow be protected?

It could be something wrong with the CSV, can you edit this Issue and upload it for me? It won't be visibe publicaly.
