Same files as used succesfully before show mistakes

I am testing CSV converter for since a few weeks without major problems. (exception: the amounts are multiplied by 100 by injection in Microsoft Money). Suddenly, the CSV-files, prepared exactly the same way as before are reported with mistakes.Did you make a change in the software? And if not, what is wrong with this file? Thanks on beforehand
