Quicken 2016 cannot import my csv file. Due to the fact that my credit card company cannot separate my multiple accounts for download I first had to download ALL of my accounts to Libre office, sort the accounts, then save as CSV. Quicken support advised me to then convert to QFX then import to Quicken. I used your coverter to do this and now Quicken message says "cannot import the web converted file, contact your financial institution" 

Please help! I only have 3 days left before I can return the program:)
