I used the converter. I have to change the column headers. However, it works well. The only complaint is that the Payee/Description column contains quotes "" after imported into Quicken. So, I examimed the QIF file. The file output from the converter contains the quotes "". 

The quicken column Payee/Description should not have quotes.
