Outputs only one line

Hello --

I submitted a credit card file (downloaded from Chase) online.

The result was one line ...

"!Type:Bank"

I prefer not to submit the file.

Do you have any idea what is wrong?

I am having the same issue.  The csv file previews fine, but the output file is basically empty

I just started using CSV Converter today. I submitted eight files, six of which converted properly while two (neither over 200 bytes) converted to QIF files each containing only one line:

!Type:Bank

I can send one of the CSV files to you, but I don't see anywhere I can attach it.
