After successful conversion of csv to ofx, no file downloads.  When selecting the receive file via email option, no attachment appears in the email (though the email states there's an attachment).  Please help?  This is a new issue for me...   I've used this tool for a couple of years, and it's been very helpful in the past.  Thanks for your help.
