I forgot to add ***I am using Quicken Home & Business 2000***

I have tried several times to convert the attached file but it ignores Catergories that refer back to a Bank or other account in the Account list (Category and Transfer List). The transactions are missing from the register. How can I get a fix for that? This is a Critical issue.
