After importing to a/c software it says it has successfully added the data but nothing appears. I think the file is not coverting any data to enable a successful convert

From the CSV you uploaded, I believe the converter is having problems with the encoding of the file.
Can you try to re-save the CSV in Excel as suggested here

I mapped it as:DD/MM/YY, Amount, Ignore, Ignore, Category, Memo, Balance
