Duplicate entries being treated as one entry

I had two transactions for Oyster cards, one for my wife and one for myself only one of them appears in Microsoft Money:

Hi Stefan

I processed the CSV attached and the resulting QIF definitely has the two entries above.

I believe its Microsoft Money who is ignoring the transaction.
