Dates converting wrong

Since about June whenever I upload and convert a CVS file to QIF or OFX, it converts with wrong dates. They tend to be future dates. As far as into 2017. I tried doing new mappings to fix this but changing mapping doesn't work. Downloading wither file type doesn't fix the issue either.

I have tested the CSV attached to the issue and it works fine.

Here is how I mapped it

Column 1: Ignore

Column 2: Ignore

Column 3: Date MM/DD/YYYY

Column 4: Ignore

Column 5: Payee/Description

Column 6: Category

Column 7: Amount

Plese let me know if you still have problems with it
