Hi Support Team

I've been trying to convert CSV file to OFX, unsucessfuly. The error mesage says:

• The specified file temporary://10_aug_gbp_4.csv could not be moved, because the destination is invalid. More information is available in the system log.
• Error moving file

Please can you advise how we can get this working. My collegues have tried earlier today with no luck and same error message.
