When trying to convert to ofx and setting the country to Vietnam. the OFX file the Period for cents displays as a comma. Is this normal behavior or a defect?

I can fix that, can you tell me also: 1 - The abreviation for the country code, i.e. United States is US. 2 - The abreviation for the currency, i.e. USD. 3 - the default date format i.e. dmY
