can't get the succesfully created qbo file to load on quickbooks. error ol-222.

A PNC Bank account is automatically created when I choose this file in quickbooks, utilities, import, web connect files. I try choosong to create a new bank account with that same info. Also choosing my current bank account with the same luck. This is a bank in Argentina, country that I choose when creating the file. Also tried selecting USA, but still no luck. Any suggestions will be greately appreciated.
