Saved Mappings

Issue summary: 

Hi there I am unable to select any of our Saved Mappings as they are not listed on the Map the fields (Step 2 of 5 ) page. I would usually select SVB CSV to OFX mapping v3 to convert this file but I cannot see this or any of the other mappings

My saved mappings aren't showing up either

Same here. Mappings are gone and when I create a new mapping and save it, it does not appear either.

I am having the same problem as Chloe and I cannot figure out how to get help.

This issue has been fixed, please test and comment.

Converted .CSV file. List of mappings appeared for selaction. Successfully converted file into .QIF format and imported into Quicken 2000.
