Quicken Essentials can't import OFX file

Issue summary: 

I converted a csv to ofx, but when trying to import into Quicken Essentials I receveived an error notice "Unable to read the selected Web Connect file. Please contact your financial institution."  Previously I used your converter at http://csvconverter.gginternational.net with no problems, but that converter doesn't convert "Category" to OFX (this is essential for me, and why I was trying the .biz site to see if it works).

Quicken reads QFX (QUEBEC foxtrot X-ray) but not OFX (OSCAR foxtrot X-ray).  Suggest use of QIF file type.

I see more people reporting problems importing into Quicken, the problem is I don't have a copy of Quicken to test it, have you got a copy that I can use to reproduce the problem?

Same problem with Quicken 2016 for mac. Do you have any solution? Thanks a lot.

It was found that there was an issue with the line endings on some operating system, this is now fixed, can you please test again and comment if it works or not
