Issue summary:
entries for Creativebug were skipped until I removed the comma before LLC.
entry for PHR*CADENTFELDMANENTCHEVY CHASE MD was not converted at all.
in second uploaded file, entry for AMZ*Dyson Direct, In not converted. Just now noticed the comma. Is that the problem?

Hi, yes, I had the same problem. I did a find/replace all commas with a blank space, re-converted, and all my transactions imported into Quicken correctly. Thanks for posting this!

Deborah, I checked the files you attached to this issue.
I can see that all rows have values without quotes around it, but for the CADENTFELDMANENTCHEVY transaction it has double quotes.
The CSV is not consistent.
I suggest you follow the steps to re-export the CSV in Excel https://csvconverter.biz/blog/how-fix-csv-file-not-being-converted
