Login problems

Issue summary: 

Tried using same login info as previous version. Didn't recognize password. Used reset password feature. Prompts me to change password but keeps asking for old one even though the system has logged me in w/ a temp password. Won't let me change password until I enter old one which wasn't working to begin with.
