Doesn't import into Microsoft Money at all (nothing there)

Issue summary: 

I use CSV Converter all the time to import from Simplii Financial into Microsoft Money. It works great!

PC Financial MasterCard used to offer upload to OFX or QIF files but they "upgraded" their website several months ago and now they only offer a CSV download. I tried it the same way I do it for the Simplii Financial website, and it appears to work, but when I open Microsoft Money, there is nothing there.

I converted the CSV you attached. If you edit this issue you can find the QIF and OFX attached.

As far as I can tell, the conversion works. If there is any issue with Microsoft Money understanding it, I would need more information, i.e. the version of Microsoft Money, what operating system you use, etc
