Issue summary: 

The error below is what I receive when trying to upload a file.  This error has been posted and listed as fixed but apparantly it is recurring. Perhaps delete Cache?

  • The specified file temporary://20180406-1204wfadvantagecc_0.csv could not be moved, because the destination is invalid. More information is available in the system log.
