Error on the first step of the converter

Issue summary: 

Hi. I am getting the following error on the first step of the converter after selecting the file. It happens for any file I select:

  • The specified file temporary://transaction_26.11.2018_0.csv could not be moved, because the destination is invalid. More information is available in the system log.
  • Error moving file
