Can't upload file to convert

I get the following error when trying to upload a file. And have already tried with two different browsers: 

• The specified file temporary://consulta_06122018_10.csv could not be moved, because the destination is invalid. More information is available in the system log.
• Error moving file

I have moved the file in my computer to another location, even to home screen, and tried again, and same error. 

Never happened before. My file is OK and it also can be uploaded without any problems here to the forum (didn't do it because contains financial info which is sensitive).
