Receive zip-file in place of .ofx or .qif

Issue summary: 

When I try to convert a .csv file to .ofx or .qif I now receive a zip file that I cannot use ( previously it was not the case )

I have update some scripts, can you please try again

It works as designed, if you map as Account, it will generate multiple QIF files, one for each account type.

I need to work on the documentation to help users to understand how mappings work
