Issue summary:
For the last 5 months, I've uploaded the same format CSV file (from an Excel save) in order to create a QIF file for Quicken.
When I provide the filename, accept terms and press next, I get a screen with the following:
Error
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
I've tried Edge and Chrome - same issue. I've tried changing the number of entries etc. but it's always the same message. Cookies or something laying around? Since I've not seen the same problem posted by others, I presume it's me (my PC)?

Hi, I tried it just now and it worked correctly.
When you say "I provide the filename" what do you mean? Do you type the filename?
Try to just click on a file to select it and upload.
