Issue summary:
I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT FOR MY DOWNLOADS TO WORK CORRECTLY, I HAVE TO CHANGE DEBITS TO CREDITS AND CREDITS TO DEBITS!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. HANDY SOFTWARE,BUT MORE DIFFICULT TO USE AND UNDERSTAND THAN IT NEEDS TO BE. THANKS.

The only issue here is your manners.
This functionality exists for more than 4 years.
