The CSV cannot be openned message

Issue summary: 
I have been using this service for a while without any issues, ten suddenly i cannot get this one to load up. I've removed what I thought might be obvious problems, leaving me with what seems to be very uncontentious. Would be grateful if you could see what's wrong with it. Thanks Richard

I am looking at the problem, will update the issue as soon as I find it

The problem is to do with the line endings, looks like the file is not being saved in a standard way.
Can we do a test, please open your CSV file using Excel and then re-save it with a different name and try to import the re-saved file.
Let me know what happens
